Olivia is 22, born in Norwich and lived from the age of 6 in Langley near Loddon. She went to school at Taverham Hall until 13 and then went to boarding school in Suffolk (Framlingham College) until the age of 18.
She then went on to study Broadcast Journalism at Nottingham Trent University obtaining a 2:1 degree, doing everything from presenting, filming and reporting on news over Nottinghamshire. Whilst at University and School she was part of the Drama Society performing in a variety of musicals and plays, "sometimes it's just great to pretend to be another person!" she says.
The ultimate dream for Olivia is to work in children's television so, after graduating last summer she started volunteering at BBC Voices in Norwich whilst doing a photography internship at a holiday company 'Suffolk Secrets' in Southwold.

She is currently volunteering with BBC Voices, organising the BBC Young Film Makers festival 2013, working as a 'Mad Scientist' (aka Lightning Liv) teaching in afterschool clubs exhilirating scientific experiments to children (like making slime), working in Hospital Radio at the Norfolk and Norwich and occasionally working on Radio Norfolk answering the phones!
Ultimately she would LOVE to break into Children's Television, producing or presenting a Kid's TV programme would be a dream come true. And with her placement at Blue Peter starting next month ...who knows!
